These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through https://ateliersacrum.com. By placing an order with ATELIER SACRUM, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Orders

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

Issues with payment authorization

Incorrect or incomplete customer information

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, images, colors, sizing, and features.

However, we cannot guarantee that your device display will accurately reflect the true color or appearance of the product.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual item.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website at checkout.

Prices may change at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. If a pricing error affects your order, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.

4. Payments

We do not store or have access to your full payment card information.

Your order will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorized.

5. Taxes, Duties & Customs

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, all orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid, or DDP, basis.

This means import duties, import taxes such as VAT or GST, and customs clearance or brokerage fees required for delivery are paid by ATELIER SACRUM, so you should not be asked to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

In some countries, customs or carriers may request additional recipient information, such as an ID number, tax number, or confirmation, to complete clearance. You agree to provide reasonable information required for delivery.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping destinations, costs, processing times, tracking information, and estimated delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, high-demand periods, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify it.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

11. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect address information, failure to provide required customs information, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to determine the next steps.

Reshipment or refund options may depend on the carrier, destination country, and condition of the returned package.

Additional shipping costs may apply where reshipment is possible.

12. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot usually be applied retroactively after an order has been placed.
