All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note:
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

4. Shipping Costs & DDP — Delivered Duty Paid
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid, or DDP, basis.
This means import duties, import taxes such as VAT or GST, and customs clearance or brokerage fees required for delivery are paid by ATELIER SACRUM, so you should not be asked to pay additional import charges upon delivery.
Customs may still require recipient information. In some countries, customs or carriers may request additional information from the recipient, such as an ID number, tax number, or confirmation, to complete clearance. You agree to provide reasonable information required for delivery.
